The shocking news of the sad demise of the probably the greatest band in the world. An interesting choice of song topic for the first ever release. The song is written from the viewpoint of someone who professes not to like The Wogans, but secretly really does and is distraught at their passing.
When in Dublin, eat Eggs McSwiggan. This song is based on a meal discovered in Dublin by Chris and Justin. It contains a musical hidden message throughout the entire song. Email us if you think you've found it.
The Pony and Whooppee Goldberg have a great time together in the valley. But when when Whoppee is off in Hollywood making movies, it just isn't the same. This song was once played by DJ Dave at an Indie night, and achieved the highest possible accolade of being mistaken for a new Super Furry Animals single.
Inspired by a brand of Sicilian bottled water, this is the story of Cinderella, only with dogs. A bit like Dogtanian.
The true story of Rico, The Bilingual Border Collie, a German Border Collie who is able to collect over 100 objects when asked to fetch them in either German or English (ie if asked "bring me the rabbit" or "bring mir das Kaninchen" he will fetch the rabbit both times). Rico has appeared on German television demonstrating his remarkable abilities. This song is regarded by many fans as being one of the Wogans’ finest pop songs and it spent several weeks at the top of the charts on “Acid Planet” the Sony unsigned bands website. Not bad considering it was originally only written to be a B Side for Roverella. It is one of a small number of Wogans songs to contain lyrics in a foreign language. Can you find the rest?
